We know you will love your order, but on the off chance you don't, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at Info@ferrat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return/exchange and we will get back to you. 

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Earrings.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received in.

The customer must cover the postage cost to return the item.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days, unless specified before purchase. We usually aim to get orders out the next working day!
