Founded by Ollie Besse in June 2023, Ferrat was born from the frustration of seeing glamorous friends decked out in jewellery not worthy of being strewn onto their bodies.
Often seeing friends crossing paths with others wearing the exact same pieces of low quality, mass produced jewellery, we feel the importance of ensuring anything we create is not only sustainably made, but is also created alongside a slow fashion ethos.
We are proud to only use recycled 925 silver for all of our pieces of jewellery.
By using recycled 925 we are aren't adding to the destruction that mining brings ethically, and environmentally.
We have a close relationship to our manufactures based in istanbul who we have had the pleasure of visiting on numerous occasions.
